To initiate the matriculation process, candidates must access the official USJ portal. All prospective students are directed to:

• Navigate to the [University of Justice Applications forms below].

• Select the specific application category applicable to your status (Freshman or Transfer).

• Execute the "Apply Now" command to initiate the secure submission form.

Strategic Admission Deadlines

While the University of Justice facilitates a rolling admission policy—allowing for year-round application processing—adherence to the following priority deadlines is strongly encouraged to ensure optimal consideration for financial aid and program placement:

• Freshman Fall Application Start Date: February 1 

• Freshman Fall Application Deadline: November 15*

• Transfer Fall Application Start Date: June 1*

• Transfer Fall Application Deadline Date: December 15 *

• International Fall Application Start Date: January 7*

• International Fall Application Deadline: August 7*

Post-Deadline Policy and Waitlist Management

In its dedication to academic inclusivity, the University of Justice continues to accept applications beyond the designated priority deadlines, subject to space availability.

• Late Submissions: Applications submitted after the priority windows are reviewed on a secondary basis.

• Waitlist Procedures: Should a department reach capacity, applicants may be placed on a formal waitlist.

• Notification: Candidates on the waitlist remain eligible for admission throughout the cycle; should a vacancy arise, the Office of Admissions will contact candidates directly based on merit and profile alignment.
