Financial Aid
Your Funding Roadmap
Clear, encouraging steps from application to award at the University of Justice.
Start With Clarity
Funding Should Not Feel Like a Trial
The USJ Financial Aid & Admissions Hub is designed to make each step easier to understand, from planning costs to reviewing your award.
Our approach centers transparency, accessibility, and equity. Portal areas below are illustrative concepts and demos until secure systems and integrations are connected.
Four Phases to Funding
Use this roadmap to prepare, apply, explore options, and understand your award. Each portal is a planning concept or demo until connected to secure systems.
01
Plan Your Costs
Visit the Financial Aid Overview & Deadlines Hub and use the Cost of Attendance Estimator. The calculator is a portal concept/demo, not an official cost or eligibility determination.
02
Apply and Verify
Register your USJ ID and portal access, complete the Institutional Aid Application / USJ Justice Grant Form, then review the Document Upload & Verification Center demo. Redact Social Security numbers, bank details, and other sensitive data before any future upload.
“A clear process helps every applicant focus on the next right step.”
03
Explore Funding
Browse the Scholarship & Fellowship Directory, Work-Study & Employment Portal, and Student Loans & Financing Options. Awards, employment, and loan processing are illustrative portal concepts/demos.
04
Review Your Award
Use the Financial Aid Award Letter Portal and Billing & Disbursement Dashboard demos to understand award data, billing, and disbursement steps before secure integrations are available.
